My Reflection

I am learning how to paint using different techniques.

I had to stroke from side to side for the sky by blending different colors, for the ocean I used a sponge and dabbed it on the paper.

I thought this project was fun because you get to use all sorts of items and play with it on the paper.

With the skyline I used a black piece of paper and drew the outline of Auckland city. Then I cut it out and paste it on the paper.

I had fun making this skyline and I hope you enjoy looking at it.

Haiku Poem

My Reflection

I am learning how to make a Haiku poem.

I had to make sure that I had 5 syllables in the first line, 7 in the second line and 5 in the last line.

I found this activity challenging because finding the correct words for the poem was really tricky.

My next step is to make more challenging Haiku poem.

I am learning to write a speech using Persuasive techniques.I found this a easy because I had examples and we did our own speech together as a class.I had to make sure that the there would be an introduction that would hook in with the audience, a body with facts and information and an end to finish it off.My next step is to memorize my speech and present it to an audience.
